Oscar is a 9 month old, male hound/lab mix.  He was originally surrendered at no fault of his own, life happened.  Oscar is an active boy who does well with other dogs – in fact we would prefer Oscar to have a playful canine companion because sometimes the world is a little large, and Oscar takes cues from other dogs.  Oscar still has some puppy tendencies which easily can be fixed with some training and most importantly TLC and patience.  We think Oscar would do well with older children because he is active and because he can be a little shy at first.  Oscar would love a fenced in yard with just enough squirrels that he can chase!  His most favorite toy is a tennis ball followed very quickly by squeaky toys.  He LOVES to fetch and will do so as long as you would like to throw the ball.  Oscar is a wonderful boy who is young and has so much love and silliness to offer a family!

This boy is a local dog that was surrendered because life happened – no fault of his own. Foreman is an energetic boy who needs some basic obedience work to develop his canine manners.

Foreman LOVES toys and loves to run and play. The squeakier, the better!! The best type of home for Foreman is one that has a fence so he can run his energy off – or even someone who is looking for a running partner. Foreman has some energy, but he does settle down and loves his fluffy dog bed. Due to his energy, we wouldn’t recommend small children because Foreman may knock them over his energetic puppy state.

Foreman is a young guy who has tremendous potential. He is truly a diamond in the ruff!

He had a tough life early on, came to us Heartworm positive, and eventually lost his vision because of the treatment. He always stayed positive though, and pushed on.
